Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the ReceiptChaser application ("Software"), you agree to be bound by the terms of this End-User License Agreement ("Agreement"). If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not use the Software.
License Grant
Subject to the terms of this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for your personal or business purposes in connection with your QuickBooks Online account and Gmail account.
Description of Software
ReceiptChaser is a software application that:
- Retrieves unpaid credit card Purchase transactions from your QuickBooks Online account
- Searches your Gmail account for matching receipts
- Automatically attaches found receipts to the corresponding QuickBooks transactions
- Uses vendor-specific rules to improve matching accuracy
- Optionally uses AI-powered matching for enhanced accuracy
User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information when using the Software
- Use the Software in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not use the Software for any unlawful or prohibited activities
- Maintain the security of your QuickBooks and Gmail account credentials
- Review all automated attachments for accuracy
Data and Privacy
- The Software accesses your QuickBooks Online and Gmail data only as necessary to provide the receipt matching service
- No data is stored on our servers permanently
- Processing occurs locally on your device where possible

Limitations of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND
- WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
- OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SOFTWARE
Termination
This license is effective until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by destroying all copies of the Software. This license will terminate immediately without notice if you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your State/Country], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
