Who we are

A small Montréal team,
augmented by AI.

Two people, a stack we run for ourselves and a set of AI tools we built to move fast. That is enough to look after 25+ businesses every day, with one person to call for everything.

PEICH's office in Montreal

What we do

We run the web operations of businesses that have better things to do than manage a website: design, hosting, monitoring, security, search, and every change you ask for, on one monthly fee.

When a site is not enough, we build the software around it: client portals, internal tools, integrations with the systems you already use, and AI agents that answer, follow up and triage.

We sell our own products too. ForgeMRP, Caribooks and Type Parts run on the same stack we run for clients, so we live with our own technical decisions.

The team

Two people, and the tools we built

No account managers, no hand-offs. The person you write to is the person who does the work.

  • Xavier Peich, founder of PEICH

    Xavier Peich

    Founder

Designs, builds and runs the client sites and the products. Your point of contact for everything, from a wording change to a new portal.

  • Konstantin

    Production

Runs production across the client sites and the AI agents: requests, deploys, monitoring, and the automation that keeps a two-person team ahead of the queue.

How we work

Four habits that hold it together

The rules we follow so that a small team stays reliable.

  • Ship in days

A request goes live within days, not at the end of a quarter. Small steps, often, and you see each one.

  • Operate what we build

Hosting, monitoring, patches and fixes stay with us. Nobody hands your site to a maintenance contract.

  • One person to call

You write to the person doing the work. No ticket queue, no account manager translating in between.

  • Use our own tools

Our products run on the same stack as your site. When something is slow or fragile, we feel it first.

The story

How we got here

From a one-person web shop to a subscription studio with its own products.

  1. 2022

    Foundation

PEICH starts in Montréal as a one-person studio building websites for local businesses.

  2. 2023

    The subscription

Sites stop being projects and become subscriptions: one monthly fee, unlimited requests, and we keep operating what we ship.

  3. 2024

    Custom software

Client portals and internal tools join the subscription for clients whose site was no longer enough.

  4. 2025

    AI agents and automation

We build AI agents for clients and for ourselves, and the tools that let two people run 25+ sites.

  5. 2026

    Our own products

ForgeMRP, Caribooks and Type Parts go live on the stack we run for clients.

    Interface

  • Working with Xavier was a real game changer for our organization. He was able to connect our various platforms to meet complex needs without having to develop anything custom, which allowed us to remain completely independent in our operations. He also implemented a large number of automations that saved our team a tremendous amount of time on a daily basis. His ability to think in MVP allows us to quickly test an idea, validate its potential, and then improve it further if necessary. Xavier is brilliant, extremely results-oriented, very responsive, and always available when we need him. He's also an excellent strategic thinker: he quickly understands the issues, proposes concrete and effective solutions, and played an invaluable role in setting up and growing our platform. In short, I recommend him without hesitation.
