If you use our privacy impact assessment generator (peich.xyz/efvp), your project description and your answers to the follow-up questions are processed in the United States by Anthropic, which provides the language model, to write the questions and the descriptive sections of the document. We remove your organisation’s name, your person in charge’s name and any contact detail from these texts before sending them. Payment is processed by Stripe, in the United States: your payment information may therefore be transferred, processed and stored outside Canada. Your file is kept in Canada and deleted 90 days after purchase, or sooner at your request.
